Katie Davies has been a Personal trainer & fitness coach for over 10 years, running a successful training studio in the U.K whilst traveling around the globe training private clients in their homes as well as coaching at fitness retreats and boot camps. Competing nationally as an athlete for many years as a professional gymnast, ironman triathlete and swimmer, she also holds a black belt in kick boxing and recently qualified for the national power lifting championships after coming 2nd in her weight category in the regionals.
Training and competing are her life and she loves passing on her skills and expertise to her clients based around the world motivating and coaching them to reach their body and health goals. Her passion, friendliness and fun motivational attitude are what she is known for not to mention the abundance of training techniques, qualifications and awards she holds from a lifetime of competing and training clients in the fitness industry.
Her style of training is a mix of body building, weight training, power lifting, mixed martial arts and HIIT that combines functional and strength training in a fun and unique way. Katie works with clients from all levels of abilities from those with injuries or who are complete beginners to competitive athletes looking to improve their performance or conditioning. She currently runs a number of circuit classes at the Jungle Gym in Tulum, along with her signature Booty Boot Camp class for both men and women focusing on lower body strength and conditioning that you won’t find anywhere else in the world. She is also a qualified Thai and deep tissue masseuse as well as a yoga instructor and provides one to one private training, private group training, online monthly training programs and fitness ebooks.
